A great AI platform for companies big and small

I like that it's very adaptable depending if you are trying out new features or have questions about something specific; there is always someone around who can help answer any question right away! It doesn't feel as intuitive at first glance but once used its not too hard of an interface - just needs some practice!! We've been able solve issues related directly from users (such as asking them how much time we should be using their product) all while still being friendly enough so others don’t…

Kai has made communicating with clients incredibly simple

I love that my team can use chatbots (in the form of kai) as part of our customer service process without needing any additional software or complex integrations. It's been very easy so far to build out multiple experiences using different templates from our library as we see fit within each individual organization.
