I love that we can do all of these things from one place! We used it for everything transportation related - rate requests, pick up orders etc.- plus customer service was great as well! Nothing really but if you are looking at having many different departments in your trucking department then maybe other options would be better suited? This software has helped us get rid off multiple spreadsheets so now i'm able just input what needs done into 1 area instead of doing several ones which saves time & money over using more than 2 or even 5 separate sheets!!
