Baked Soda Cookies yesterday. The recipe calls for cutting the crisco and butter into flour by hand (using your fingers). It works, but the heat from my fingers starts to melt the fats. I tried it yesterday. It worked exceptionally well at integrating fat into flour with minimal mess! The only complaint is that it's a bit small for my hand, and when I tried to get a normal four-finger grip on it, the sharp edges of the stamped metal started cutting the sides of the hand. I ended up holding it with just three fingers around the handle and it worked fine. To reduce clutter and also prevent your hands from getting completely greasy, I highly recommend it!
