🥐 Medium Size Spring Chef Dough Blender: Top Professional Pastry Cutter featuring Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Blades Review

I bought this a few days ago and was amazed by all the reviews on this brand. I used it for the first time tonight to make cake batter and was very disappointed that one of the outer blades was bent and could be bent by gently squeezing with my finger. Not exactly overwhelmed. Although I like the screw to connect the handle to the blades.

Love the quality of this great little blender. It is well made, serves its purpose perfectly, is dishwasher safe and ready to use again. When I opened the box it felt a bit small, but my hand was comfortably wrapped around it to use it. (I wear large women's gloves). It works well in a large or small bowl. Because it's smaller, it's even easier to store in my small kitchen. I would order from this seller again anytime. I am very happy with my purchase.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. 10/18/2020. I opened the packaging and metal shavings were protruding from the stainless steel blades. This product is not food safe and I would not use it to cook for my family due to the hazardous metal shavings. I have emailed the company and am waiting for a response. I will not recommend this product or the famous brand. I will look for the same product but through a chef because I know they take great pride in their products. Thank you!

Baked Soda Cookies yesterday. The recipe calls for cutting the crisco and butter into flour by hand (using your fingers). It works, but the heat from my fingers starts to melt the fats. I tried it yesterday. It worked exceptionally well at integrating fat into flour with minimal mess! Spring Chef pastry cutter is made of high quality stainless steel, has a comfortable grip (it's larger in diameter than my old Ecko pastry cutter and is soft to the touch) and good built to last a lifetime. I bought this Spring Chef dough mixer to replace an old tire for a specific purpose: baking cookies from scratch.
