Review on πŸ₯ Medium Size Spring Chef Dough Blender: Top Professional Pastry Cutter featuring Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Blades by Keyone Brownlee

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does the job, but with limitations.

I finally learned how to use this dough mixer. A cherry pie, an apple pie, and a peach pie later I think I've used it enough to write a review. Although it is solidly made, I would have given it 3+ instead of a full 4 stars, mainly because of the size of the pen. As mentioned in other reviews, the handle is too small for real comfort. Part of my hand protrudes beyond the black handle when I press. I can understand the reasoning behind the design when the handle is slightly narrower than the widest part of the blades as most of the downward force is towards the center. But since it's such a small device, I really don't think this design feature is a critical factor. If I was using this blender on a weekly basis the handle size would be really annoying. One last small note: I find that the edge finishing of the blade could be a bit smoother. PHOTO: I am right handed but modeled with my left hand to take photos. Since my left hand is a bit smaller, you can see how much of my palm extends beyond the grip. I wear size small with gloves and ring size 5. CONCLUSION: I could buy a different brand blender. It really depends on how long this baking phase lasts. :-D
