They have lost a customer
I bought a supposedly 'new' starter and it was delivered on the 27th September. They put it on my car and I just got out and got in the car and tried to start it but it wouldn't jump. The return deadline is October 27th of this month and the starter just went down today. I am angry and will not buy anything from this company again. The new starter would not have failed so quickly if it had not been sold with a defect.
