I think what sets this chair apart from others is the footstool. Without them I don't think I would want a chair in the standard, why use it. I have to change my position no matter what I do so I don't feel pain. This chair allows me to get creative and sit in different ways up, down or kneeling by adjusting the position of my legs etc. So it's not a miracle chair in the sense that when you sit the way you do it shows that solves all my discomfort, but this is a great chair for me because I can be used in many ways because it doesn't have armrests has and has 2 platforms to get creative with.
