The delivery is fast, the quality is not very good.

Delivery was very fast. I bought this item on 7/9/18 and it was delivered on 9/9/18, Sunday. I was delighted that it was delivered so quickly to surprise my wife over the weekend when she still had time to work on some items. My wife is an experienced user and has been using heat presses for some time. We borrowed from friends when I finally decided to buy this one. I spent a bit more money on this because I thought it would be nice if the teflon coating was already on the hotplate so it would be one less thing to worry about. My wife first read the operating instructions from top to bottom and asked about the "additional fuse" that came with it. The manual says something about an extra fuse in the pocket. We looked at everything and saw no additional backup. Glad it worked right away. She's only been with us a few days and has already made a few shirts. The temperature is set to 305. She noticed that one of the shirts she made had a small print on the vinyl. On this shirt she has put a picture on the back and another on the front. The print was on the front and looked identical to the back. She couldn't figure out how it works there as it wasn't even aligned to the same place/area. We ended up checking out the heat press itself and found that many of the shirt designs were 'printed'. Teflon, resulting in it being lightly printed on some of the other drawings. I couldn't take a picture of it as it's a small print, but for someone who makes shirts for other people, she doesn't need any prints at all. She tried wiping it off with her bare hand for several hours, and then part of the Teflon came off. The description says "easy to clean" and we didn't think the teflon would peel off so easily if you rubbed there with your hand to wipe it off. The press photos show a close-up view and a close-up view of the place of origin. It's still hard to see where the print was made, but if you can get a close-up you can see the print progressing. Luckily I bought some teflon sheets which should arrive tomorrow but have now written to the company to see how they would react to this situation. Just very disappointed that this "handy" device with "attractive looks" that I spent a little more money on has so many problems already on the second day of simple use.
