Excellent Customer Support

The camera system was easy to install - our house came pre-wired so all we had to do was connect the cameras, add the NVR to the network and follow the instructions. I had a problem renaming cameras - they were all set to camera 01 - all four. I contacted Revain for product support and they worked hard with me until we figured out how to rename the cameras! Being new to security systems, I "thought" I could install a monitor near the front door even though the DVR was in a designated service unit. This has caused problems as you have to use a mouse connected to the NVR to log in for maintenance and if you can't "see" what you're doing it won't work. Annke's customer service helped with some monitoring alternatives, but I find that for every service I have to put the monitor next to the NVR - not the end of the world.
