Definitely waterproof!
I give this mascara 3 stars. While I do feel it's a bit awkward to put on due to the long wand and it doesn't really do anything special, I'll say it's definitely waterproof. I bought this mascara the same week my boyfriend broke up with me and cried so much when she wore it and it didn't hold up and didn't run down my face at all.
