I ordered these after using and loving my sister's set. In the beginning they were great. They're meant to add volume, not crazy curls, and they did an amazing job. However, two days ago they stopped working. I've connected, disconnected, disconnected, reconnected. and nothing. I signed up for return instructions and it says my return window expired on April 24th. They stopped working on April 28th. Brilliant. I haven't seen many other users claiming it has stopped working and my sister's device is over a year old. Totally disappointed because they are too expensive to reorder. I contacted Revane and asked for an exchange. Since the return window has expired, I can only return it minus the restocking fee. It's not like the topic is a year old. He's a little over a month old. BAD customer service Revain.
