I've curled my hair in curlers since Farrah, Kate and Jacqueline were Charlie's Angels. I bought them on 10/04/17. I don't use hot rollers very often - maybe twice a week. In December one of the heating elements stopped working so I only had 7 rollers heated or I was able to move a roller to the working unit until it warmed up. these curlers come in a very good case but the instructions don't say if they can be heated in the case so i have took the base out of the packaging before I heated it. You can easily switch between the two heating levels and are ready to use in about 3 minutes. The instructions say to grab it by the top edge of the rubber, but that felt is almost hot, as is the center of the roller! I found it very difficult to manipulate without burning my fingers and dropped it several times to curl my hair…

I ordered these after using and loving my sister's set. In the beginning they were great. They're meant to add volume, not crazy curls, and they did an amazing job.
