Let's get rid of the bad part. Chances are you will only get one expansion instead of the two pictured. The good news is that I don't recommend you use them. Adding an extension increases the chances of breaking the adapter shaft. Instead, I recommend removing the shoe from your jigsaw to eliminate the need for an extension and reduce the crushing hazard the shoe poses. If you have a protective cover or rollers, remove them for the same reason. Another thing to consider is the stroke length of the jigsaw. The $500 Theragun has a 5/8 inch hub. My Bosch has 1 inch of travel, which is pretty strong and can hurt sensitive areas of the body. My Black&Decker has 1/2 inch travel and can be used with no worries. Lastly, to prolong the life of the adapter pole, the pole should be held perpendicular to the body surface. This massage set is a decent starter and the waves go well with both of my jigsaw puzzles.
