I received this scope invisible apart from photos and videos I saw online. I have the 36 inch version. This hood works well. That's easy. Just a few buttons. This thing has two powerful suction fans inside that pull all the fumes out of your oven. We have the stainless steel version. The installation was fine. It had a few issues, but that was more due to the installation location and not the device itself. I hired someone to do the installation as this was going to be a very long and stressful installation that I did. At one point it took two people just to support it during editing. Otherwise, all parts for installation were present. It has no power cord. It is expected to be directly related to your power. But if necessary, you can attach a cord.
