Review on Kamsah Hand Made And Hand Painted Tagine Pot Moroccan Ceramic Pots For Cooking And Stew Casserole Slow Cooker (Large, Classic Bohemian Blue) by Brandy Powell

Completely Unworkable

got a heat difusser and went to prepare the first meal in the Tagine. I had temps in the 500's on the difusser but the ceramic base never did come to a level of heat where the water boiled in it. There may be some confusion on my part on how much heat this thing can take, as per oven instructions they say don't exceed 275 degrees. So I'm not sure if you ever want the ceramic base to exceed that on the range top. it is absolutely gorgeous and was packed with a lot of love and protection. I'm certain it works in some fashion because someone has survived to continued making and shipping them.
