Overall this house is bike friendly and looks very good, especially for the price. The brackets are well powder coated and the hardware is stainless steel. My only issue is that the case itself is covered in a very thin semi-gloss paint on the outside and is completely uncoated on the inside. There was a little rust on the surface so I had to sand and paint it before installing it. Otherwise it fit the lamp perfectly and I had no problems with it. I installed it on a 2006 Honda Shadow and was able to fit all the wires and relays that are in the stock box. Installation is quite a hassle as many of the parts of the brackets and clips used to attach the light are inconvenient, but once installed I was very happy with it.
