This is my first macbook, so I compare it with laptops on Windows in the same price range of 80-100k. The assembly is simply gorgeous - everything is evenly adjusted, nothing plays or creaks. The trackpad is cool - big enough, no more needed, less is not so convenient. In terms of power, many reviewers scold that they gain few parrots in tests. In fact, I have never noticed a hint of brakes with 20 tabs, office and similar applications running together. I have a model with 8Gb RAM and 128SSD, I think this is a better configuration in terms of price / quality - if you need to run something really very heavy, then you need 16Gb RAM on the Pro version.
