Review on 🔇 Dynamat 11101 Dynaliner - High-Quality 32"x54" Sound Deadener - 1/8" Thick - Self-Adhesive by David Hill

This is absolutely NOT a muffler. Trust me, the automotive NVH specialist. I bought it without much searching as I was expecting a Dynamat product. I wasn't impressed. Material is 1/8" low density foam rubber. With no protective layer (just a slightly tacky adhesive) and no outer layer. It's literally a thin layer of open cell foam from a poor source - no asphalt, no butyl, no lasting results as far as that goes the sound absorption. If that's what you need, look at the JoAnn fabric. It's literally 1/10 the cost. If you need noise protection, look elsewhere.
