Enterprise Chatbot Platform - Slack Integration with Zendesk

I like that we can see all our chats at once as well as how many people are currently chatting or have been previously.

This feature is very helpful for us because it helps keep track of who was online during certain times which saves time if someone calls out sick/on vacation etc - this allows me know right away so i don't waste anyones's timenotifying them about something important! You do lose some history but thats ok since everything has an archive button now! The fact its not linked directly into Salesforce makes sense (and i dont think there were too much complaints) however having direct access would make my life easier sometimes!! Please consider adding more integrations within slack such as Zapier; It'd be great :). We've noticed faster response rates from sales teams by tracking conversations instead of emails only.
