Review on HOTO Precision Screwdriver Magnetic Electronics by Darius Early

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good quality screwdriver and case - just a few adjustments needed for this price range

Box arrived in good condition, screwdriver case labeled and well packaged. The case is a high quality aluminum case that opens and closes smoothly. The case is sized to easily fit in the pocket of most pants or in a dedicated pocket/drawer in a bag or box. All bits are held in the case by soft magnetism, making it easy to change them out in the case to keep things organized. The screwdriver has good magnetism, which is transferred to bits, as well as enough power for small screws. I used it to easily and conveniently remove the bottom cover of a laptop. The bits appear to be the correct size as the correct dimensions did not leave a gap in the correct screw sizes. Palm-end rotation is smooth and silent, and the knurling provides a good grip without being too sharp. Maybe it's just my product, but the screwdriver is hard to get into the case and hard to get out too - can stand a bit and I'll most likely clean it myself. However, the complaint about the packet is that each bit position in the packet is not marked with the size of a specific bit type (PH0, PH1, PH00, etc.). To find the size you're looking for you either need to know the bit size well or you have to grab a few and check the label on the bit itself to find the right size, which is annoying. If the screwdriver fit a little better and the bit positions were identified by their size, then this set would be worth the price. I'm only deducting one star for them. If anything changes I will update this review!
