It took a lot of research but I finally found a good egg white protein that didn’t have artificial sweeteners or stevia. The pinch of monk fruit adds just enough sweetness. No fillers, no gluten, nothing artificial, non gmo eggs, the list goes on. Read the back. And it’s got 25g of protein. When I add spinach and my fruit choice it’s filling and sustains me well. I have the chocolate one and it tastes great and mixes well. Of course it’s a little higher price but it’s worth it because of quality. Enjoy.
