I bought these with high expectations. I drove 2600 miles on vacation and wanted new blades. I've been buying Rain-X Latitudes for all my cars for over a decade (I guess). I have absolutely no complaints about the Rain-X, I happened to see Bosch mentioned in some positive articles/reviews. I thought I'd give them a try - god, that's a costly mistake. On this trip we encountered rain (50% of the round trip) and snow/ice while there. The blades did a very poor job cleaning/cleaning the window. The best way to describe it was that it was 80% clear (at best) leaving a layer of dirt on the window. The space in the center of the windshield where the blade crosses on the passenger side and driver's side was awful. It wasn't as noticeable in heavy rain, but subsided after the rain when it was bad. No matter how much washer fluid I put in, it didn't "clean" the window. During this trip I tried wiping/cleaning the brushes - no difference. I finally gave up this morning. Last night we had some snow and I had to drive 1.5 hours. However, it didn't rain/snow, only 1.5 hours on a wet/salty highway that needed a lot of cleaning up. These blades are terrible and when the passenger side was 50% or more dirty I gave up. I got home and unloaded the car, then found the old Rain-X Latitude blades on the workbench and reinstalled them. 5 seconds of washer fluid and a few wipes, the windshield is spotless again. These brushes were 1 month old on the car. They are absolute rubbish and I'm sure it's safe to say I've never had a worse pair of blades (and paid that much). It's hard for me to say I've had such bad old blades - they just don't clear/clear the windshield. Call me crazy but when I'm driving I like to see if those blades are obviously bad or if I have two very bad blades. I'm in no way affiliated with Rain-X, but these Latitudes, while pricey, are impressive. My guess is that the ones I took off are a year old and much better than the Bosch. The only way to increase their lifespan by 40% is to measure the expected lifespan in hours. Update: I have contacted Bosch for support on these wipers. I couldn't replace her. Also, Bosch support didn't even bother to reply (already 2 weeks). The only positive thing was that I raised this with Revain customer service and they offered me to return the product even though I didn't have the original packaging. Then I did what I should have done from the start - I ordered the Rain-X blades, which I've always used in the past. Put in those new blades - worked as I expected. 5 stars Revain, zero Bosch.
