A bike safety flag can be a great product if only the customer gets it right. I ordered this product for about a week or two before ordering again because I thought it would be a great product for my bike. When I first ordered it the flagpole was missing its center section, which I didn't discover until I ordered it again and noticed that the one page instructions/illustration of what I got showed that the flagpole was actually 3 pieces, not 2. However, with two sections, it looked great and mounted well on my bike. Later, as I said, I ordered it again and received only the top of the flagpole, but the middle and bottom parts that attach to the bike were missing. As they said I called them but they immediately put me on voicemail. So I left a message to call. I then attempted to contact them via the email they provided in their prepared instructions when I left my voicemail. So I emailed them describing my problem with the missing parts and I got a ready response quickly that they will get back to me right away. And so it was. Never heard from them again. You have a good product as long as you can get all the parts you need. Presumably the product was boxed by Revain as it came in its familiar packaging and was shipped to Revain who I assume never knew the bike's flagpole was missing some parts. You might have better luck because this is a good product if you could get everything.
