My 90 year old parents (both!) have to drink only liquids with a smooth texture due to swallowing problems. That means EVERYTHING needs to be macerated or skipped! This little blender quickly prepares stews (now pureed soups), milkshakes (no need to clean the giant blender + blades), ONE PORTE at a time so my parents can enjoy the full spectrum of flavors and nutrients! Chop, then puree, then strain for hours every day whatever I want to feed them! Also, don't worry about scratching the dishes; Blade body holds all sharp objects. Basically I mix small portions in a shortened form, 1l. plastic bottle, and nothing leaks or breaks! It costs MORE than it costs!
