Love it. Plug and play accessories are clean and easy to install. From time to time the system needs to be reset/rebooted, but that was a very minor inconvenience. The programmer always corrected himself without technical support. When you upgrade your device, you have the option (for an additional fee of $230) to unlock the ability to program the controller and convert it from Insight to Evolution. Beware of the super slow updater ("Ignition"), you'll think it's stuck, but it's just way behind. It took about 10 minutes to get through the checkout.
