annex was able to help me get my server up in no time! The support team helped us with all our questions as well so it's not just your typical "click here" button fix situation when you have an issue that needs attention right away (which I hate!). It has been very easy getting things set back how we want them but there are some features they could make easier or more user friendly like moving files from one drive location over another without having access at work once out side office hours etc - this would be great if anyone else wants something similar done too :) Great product overall though, definitely worth using their services!! We needed someone who knew what samba servers were doing inside/out because most people don't know these types off issues can cause problems later down stream which isn’t ideal unfortunately :(.
