Annex helped me get my server up and running in no time!

annex was able to help me get my server up in no time! The support team helped us with all our questions as well so it's not just your typical "click here" button fix situation when you have an issue that needs attention right away (which I hate!). It has been very easy getting things set back how we want them but there are some features they could make easier or more user friendly like moving files from one drive location over another without having access at work once out side office hours…

Pros
  • Very knowledgeable staff
  • Fast response times for tickets submitted via email by clients.
  • Ticket resolution is fast & efficient
  • Excellent customer service provided during troubleshooting process

  • Some difficulties

Good for novice users who don't want too complex software

It's easy to use (even if you are not familiar with computers). There really isn't anything I dislike about it as such but there just aren’t that many features available compared other programs like Photoshop or Lightroom which have more bells & whistles than this one does! You get what your payed/purchased when using annex pro so make sure u know exactly how much photo editing work ur looking at before purchasing - especially in these times where people seem very quick touse up their credit…
