I bought this to add to an existing Loc-Line that I have installed on my drill press as part of my dust collection system. Your sections may be click together boogers, which I think is necessary for them to hold the position you bend them into. Therefore, periodically powering on and off partitions is not very convenient. The same applies to end pieces. They work very well for me because I can position the inlet right next to the drill bit and can pick up almost all of the cuttings even from large Forstner bits.
