This is just what I needed for a trip to EUROPE because I don't care about 110/220 amps or volts or anything because it charges with USB connections becomes . I recently used it while on vacation in Detroit and I was there for 10 days and never had to charge it once. It provided just the right amount of pressure to get the job done and he did it well. I have all-on-4s for both jaws so I need something in between and this worked with no issues. I had to fill up the tank several times, but it was easy. I have a waterpik at home and I don't think one is better than the other. I highly recommend it.
