Decent and worth the price.
I think it works. I have used it in 2 bathrooms with my kids. You can feel the difference, but it's not as soft after a bath as Aveeno baby clothes. It's much cheaper than Aveeno and forms clumps when put in water but eventually dissolves in water. It works out? For generally dry skin and mild eczema, yes. For severe eczema and cracked/bleeding skin? Some but not strong enough. To be honest, if you have such severe skin, you should probably still have a prescription ointment to apply. Works well 4/5 times for my kids with eczema.
