NO CLIPS! All reviews were absolutely correct, but of course I had to try both. To be honest I was so sunburned and suffering so much that Aveeno was the only one I could personally find @walmart. I think it works. I have used it in 2 bathrooms with my kids. You can feel the difference, but it's not as soft after a bath as Aveeno baby clothes. It's much cheaper than Aveeno and forms clumps when put in water but eventually dissolves in water. It works out? For generally dry skin and mild eczema, yes.
