UPDATE 11/11/2019 The company read my review and kindly sent me a replacement. And yes, the first one I received was actually defective. I plugged in my laptop about an hour ago and it says 100% full instead of 74% empty. I also hooked up my phone which went from 89% to 100% and my Kindle started at 35% and is now at 74%. Like the first time, I plugged in absolutely everything, my printers, other laptops, and external hard drives just to make sure it didn't interfere with charging. Everything loads and works fine, so I have to change my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I noticed that another reviewer gave 1 star because he said you can't connect 2-pin cables. I also had some trouble getting my 2 prongs in but they went in with a little extra effort.________________________________________________________________________________________________11/5/2019 I must have received a faulty item because I see a lot of very positive feedback. I plugged in my laptop and it started "discharging". I spoke to a technician who got me to hook up my phone which worked 92% to 90%. So my extension cord got discharges instead of a charge. I'm sending it back and I hope my bad product was the exception.
