This is the second time I'm buying this product and I'm doing it to donate to a woman with cancer in Peru. The first one I bought came out with lumps and the lady was unhappy. Since I'm on the road all the time, I decided to buy again, didn't call because. Your answer will be that the warranty has already expired. However, this is not a warranty issue, it is a quality issue. I mention this with qualification because I have been a member of the ASQ (American Society for Quality) for over 30 years. I hope this second product is good and I can see the lady smile. I don't know how much more.
