Easy to buy, make, ship and return. They even sent two back when I only ordered one, but those are the only positives. Bought 2mm. I've seen some positive reviews for the 3mm protection so maybe that's better but both they sent me were very uncomfortable from the second I put them on. Both felt very tight around my teeth. I have had many night fuses and teeth whitening fuses in the past and they have all been fine from other sellers so I don't need to get used to them. I really couldn't wear them even for a minute. I had to throw them away.
