everything was well packed. I have sensitive skin and I was a bit skeptical that it wouldn't burn my skin when I read bad reviews but as for me I tried it and honestly it didn't burn my skin. Just a little tingling but pretty good and I've used it to do my eyebrows (yes it says not to use for eyebrows) it worked very well on them and on my upper lip. The instructions also say that this is a maximum of 5 or 8 minutes, no more, otherwise it can be the cause of the burning. Also very painful and fast. In any case, a great product. In my opinion they have excellent products.
