Beautiful bakeware but cookies and biscuits do stick.

Update on my original review. still some issues with sticking, but does clean up, but did notice it twists out of flat shape in oven after a certain time at higher temperatures. It does flatten back down when it cools back down but it can cause a problem with what you are baking. I just received my new bakeware, its beautiful and made well. I tried one cookie sheet and worked great.

Pros

It's non stick and that's what I needed.

Cons

The square pan is difficult to remove from the oven due to its shape
