This item does NOT have a puzzle so will be disappointed. So I cut the box into all 12,000 pieces. lost a few but was able to put them in a paper bag and give them to my son as his only Christmas present. He was overjoyed! Reviewers ask how soft the product is. I'm not sure, so I took it while my son slept, mashed it up, and then dried it for several hours. It was really soft afterwards!. I just don't know how to put the puzzle together now?
