Easy to use for glues

I took the bike out of storage and found that one tire wasn't holding air. Half a bottle solved that problem. The plastic valve core tool wasn't strong enough, but it was an old bike so I blame that. The rest of the process was easy. The age of the tire is also likely the reason why the entire valve stem came loose trying to pull out the inflation hose. So I replaced the tube and solved the problem.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • I'll write later

Works well! - Putties, adhesives and sealants

I recently had a flat tire on my mountain bike (didn't ride for several days) after my last ride (100% flat). I pulled the object out of the hoop. Enter 50% of the bottle as indicated. Increase the time to about 50% pressure, then quickly turn it up for about 2 minutes to evenly distribute the slime. Then inflated to normal PSI. So far, a month later, it's still working as intended. It's always good to have this on you in case a small leak causes problems!

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Difficult to say

easy to use and handles small leaks.

My bike tire leaks quite often and I usually use the best practice of fixing punctures with rubber glue and patches first. But recently I've been trying to add Slime Sealer to patches as a "backup" plan. And for me, adding the slime really reduces the number of times I have to take the tire off the bike, remove the tube, and glue a new set of patches onto the small punctures. I have found that at some point (it could be a year, year and a half, two years etc.) I will need to patch/replace the…

By far the best solution for flat tires. more

This is my first attempt at an apartment repair. I purchased 3 different products directly from Revain before realizing this was the only product I needed. When my son came home with a broken bike, I found a huge spike going through the tire. I figured I could fix it like a regular car tire. So I ordered "Bacon" to fix a tire. This worked fine for 1 day. There is nothing wrong with this product, it actually worked - what I didn't know was that the tire had a tube! So I ordered my next product…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Ready for replacement

Outstanding / Incredible - no repair needed

I set up a special bike with fat tires to look for meteorites in the middle of the Arizona desert - thorns and thorns everywhere. My front tire blew out the first day - I poured 8 ounces of slime. Rear tire flat on day two - fill with 8 ounces of slime. After that, no flats in more than ten rides of 20-30 miles each through the Sonoran Desert. After 5 summer months in the garage - both tires are a little low - ripped 2 1/2" pulled in front - green slime came out and sealed the hole immediately.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Needs an outlet

Works great on punctures in the main profile.

I use slime for a Fr8 family cargo bike. I drive all the time. Bike to work. Bike trip with the family. Changing pads on a loaded cargo bike with an internal hub sucks. Although I have good puncture-proof tires, I sprayed slime as a precaution. Was disappointed to wake up from the back apartment the other day. After examining the tire, I found the culprit. I pulled out this little screw that was firmly seated in the protector. The screw was about 1/8 inch wide. I removed the bolt, inflated the…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Brilliant! BUT you may need more than 4 ounces!

Almost two years ago (I honestly forgot the exact date) 4 ounces were squeezed into each tube. Then I watched a YouTube video of a guy installing the slime and thought out loud that it would be better to add more for more protection. I did that then. I squeezed a total of 8 ounces into each tube. Then I did not test the product. I've been riding for about 2 years. I recently purposely punctured each hoop to see if it would close. To my surprise it happened. Once my front tire went flat while…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Doubtful

I have literally refrained from using slime sealant or any other type of sealant in my tires for decades. My inner chambers loaded with mucus? Ridiculous. In the end, my use of a fat e-bike for road riding revealed the weakness of my favorite profile. Toffee. Well, Tuffy is underperforming in its super XL iteration and I had to do something about it. So I bit the bullet and used this bottle size (8 ounces) in each of my 26x4.9 tires. How wrong I was It's a miracle. I've put about 5,000 road…

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons

Is working! (Maybe too good.)

I ride my bike about 5-6 miles almost every day. Last year I had three or four flat tires in just a few days because my bike's rear tire was worn out. After changing tires, I added slime to both cameras. And then I drove for eight months without a flat tire or even a leak. But my front tyre, the cheap original tire fitted at the factory, is worn out. Today as I was driving I suddenly heard: "POP! and then silence. The front wheel was flat. But actually, Slime patched the hole so quickly the…
