I like that you can set up rewards in advance, which is something we struggle with at our current workplace - this means less stress for my team when they know what's coming next week or month-end etc.

Also love how flexible there are options of different ways to pay out (paypal/credit card). The only thing i don't really enjoy about guusito is that sometimes if someone has not completed their task within an hour window then its very difficult to get them back into the system again without sending another reminder message. As part time employees who do mostly admin tasks; we have been able to use some incentives during times where there aren’t many other people available doing those jobs so everyone gets recognised more often than usual.
