I like that it has an ability for multiple users at one time to access documents from different locations without having to be physically present there.

Also being able to have all your information stored online so you don't need that physical file anymore! It's not as user-friendly or easy to use compared to other software out their but if you are looking specifically for this type thing then go ahead & give them try because they do offer good customer service when needed which makes up for any inconvenience during setup/use etc. We're trying to make our whole organization run smoother by storing everything we can possibly think about within laser fiches (including employee files) - This helps us keep track of what everyone needs across departments while also keeping those employees organized throughout each department too.
