Practically every knife was put to good use; all of them sliced so precisely that you have to be extra cautious about not cutting yourself out of habit. While the wife was taking the knife out of its packaging, she managed to cut her finger on the blade. There are concerns over the configuration; what appears to be two very similar chef's knives is odd to look at. Perhaps an average cook will feel more at ease with a santoku than they do with their knife skills. As a result, it would be wonderful if the set included an additional practical knife, such as a tiny knife specifically designed for fish.
