The goods arrived well packaged and safe. I shortened the band by removing three steel links from each side for proper installation. However, it was a difficult process. The tip of the bracelet resizing tool was slightly bent, but I got it working for me. The buttons were hard enough to pull out to loosen the connection. I damaged one (see picture). I used a hammer very carefully to put the pins back in place. It's a delicate operation but overall I'm very happy with the product and its quality after overcoming the hurdles of peeling the tape off.
