I use two seasons to inflate river tubes. Works quickly and efficiently, but the pump gets very hot after a very short use. I'm not sure if they tend to fade, but mine still works. Also, there is no filter at the inlet, so if you have an inflator on the floor, they run the risk of sucking dirt and debris into your body like my unknowing friends did. I had to open the case to clean it of rocks and debris. My solution was to mount the pump on a piece of plywood to allow it to stand upright without the risk of dirt being sucked up.
