I noticed problems immediately after using this hub. My computer didn't recognize it, so that was the problem. My IT tech said to only use it for hardware that doesn't require a direct connection. My laptop only has 2 USB ports which doesn't fit my overall investment so I was hoping this would be the solution. When it worked, the hub and everything connected to it got so hot that I thought I'd burn myself if I touched it. I got rid of it because it didn't work and was a waste of space. It would be ideal if it worked. It should probably explain better what types of hardware this was intended for, as nothing I needed to use it worked (wireless mouse, keyboard, headset, voip, iPhone charger, etc. I've seen what is there anything else?)
