NOT fit as expected. size up.
I've been wearing the 16th top for a long time, I've measured it at critical points within the 16th. So XL should fit. I can't close it on my chest and it's tight on my arms. I'm losing weight so I'm keeping it because eventually I'll fit in, and even a coat that doesn't button up is better than no coat at all. But be sure to increase the size when you buy.
