180s to 160s: my feedback
I had 180mm discs on my MTB and the front brake was practically unusable. 1-finger squeeze was enough to put you over the handlebars. I live in FL so i don't have any downhill slopes to induce brake fade so all the extra power was just too much for road riding and flat trails. Installed these 160mm discs and the force to brake ratio is much more practical. Thankfully these are great quality at a cheap price.
- So far so good. Have not had any problems. Stock ones warped too easy so I decided to try these.
- May not fit some bike frames without modification
