Not a Heavy Duty knife.
Nice slick design, very sharp and lightweight BUT NOT for butchering. I used this knife to butcher our chickens and used a wooden plank for my chopping board. This is the result, I didn't realize the dents until I saw there's a big chip of the metal. No longer usable.I searched for meat and bone cleaver and this is one that shows up so probably need to revise that description that this knife is only good and best for chopping veggies.
- Very sharp and cool looking, I just wonder how I'll sharpen it without scuffing the pristine shine
- The nature wood handle may not be ergonomically designed for comfortable use
