The best part was its customization & look, feel and navigation. The whole package is well made, so everything looks and feels great and it gives me the confidence for more branding opportunities in my market! I have noticed that their customer service support is a little lacking at times but they respond fast most of the time I've interacted with them! A must try if you want something beautiful looking that works! We are using Hivebrite as the online portal for our private membership site which leads to our website, facebook page & twitter pages for better reach and marketing purposes. Its branding & user friendly dashboard helped us make the right choices. Very friendly user experience, the ability to manage pages/groups in a way that I thought was impossible (even with some plugins). Also having multiple tabs open at once. Sometimes it's hard to navigate through the page when there are too many things going on. This system works very well and looks good doing it! I'm happy to be using this product - especially because of their support staff! I've been able to create several groups and pages with them. And we're seeing some good results from these tools!
