I have owned the scooter for 7 months now and of those 7 months 3 of them the scooter has been broken. The scooter would not power on after 4 weeks of owning. Contacted support and they sent a new charging port and some parts. Replaced them and still nothing. Then they sent a new charger, still nothing. Finally they replaced the scooter but I had to ship the old one back and they had to confirm it was indeed broken before sending a replacement. Process took over a month. 4 months later and the replacement scooter is doing the same thing. Have sent videos of the charger, battery voltage and now they say the battery is bad. Asked for a replacement battery since the scooter has a 12 month warranty. Battery is back ordered 30 days. Company will not stand by their product and are slow to respond to and not helpful. This expensive of a scooter should not have issues like this. We have a few electric scooters and have never had issues until we tried Hiboy. Will not ever purchase again. As of now I have a expensive unusable scooter that Hiboy doesn’t seem to care that it is under warranty. An absolute joke of a company and product….
