This is a great, fun scooter. It is awesome and gets me around! The only problems I have had so far is the battery and tires! My tire popped and i thought I could get it easily replaced, boy was i wrong! It took over 2 weeks to get new tires for it. They don't make this kind of tire and only hobo can get you new tires. I would like to add that I enjoy the scooter very much because of the power and the weight. The headlight is bright enough for riding at night. I'm not a big fan of the lighting around the body of the scooter but I'm sure someone else would enjoy that. It's easy to fold and carry it for a short distance. I have owned the scooter for 7 months now and of those 7 months 3 of them the scooter has been broken. The scooter would not power on after 4 weeks of owning. Contacted support and they sent a new charging port and some parts. Replaced them and still nothing. Then they sent a new charger, still nothing. First one list in shipping finally received the replacements . This scooter has toque and will climb most inclines . Throttle is touchy and very responsive . I highly recommend this scooter make sure to check out the accessories they offer as well

So far product is working as advertised, I have driven the scooter to work aprox. 8 miles with at least 65% battery left, it takes longer to charge than my Segway scooter but the performance in range and comfort compare to to it is much better, the only minor issue is the aggressive take off at touching the accelerator is something that I still getting use to. I will recommend it.

I love my Titan. It's absolutely the best scooter for the money. Powerful, fast, fun. Easy to put together. I use it every day to commute so I put a lot of miles on it. No issues. After a year the battery started to decline. No surprise there. They shipped me a new one free of charge. Super nice. Fast. Friendly customer service.
